After 20 years of building, growing and scaling engineering teams, I grew increasingly frustrated with seeing other organizations suffer inefficiencies and challenges for which my team and I had found deep solution for.
That's why I created inVantage to provide those solutions not to just one company at a time, but many.
I also found that my own personal experience as a rare gay C.T.O. allows me to build deeply inclusive and productive technology teams that have strong, positive and welcoming culture.
Finally, as a leader, I've experienced first-hand how having someone "outside the org chart" supporting you can better your career path and help realize your organization, team and personal goals.
